People under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian provide this information, though they may offer input for a parent or legal guardian to provide. Notice About People Under 18 Years of Age

Piñon Tutoring's website is not intended for people under 18 years of age to use to complete bookings as per the Terms and Conditions of www.pinontutoring.com. People under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian complete all bookings. In compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) Rule, no part of this website is directed toward children under 13 years of age.

Sharing of Information

Piñon Tutoring honors your privacy. Piñon Tutoring also uses Google Analytics to track website data. These third-party services are not owned, operated, or controlled by Piñon Tutoring and Piñon Tutoring, its staff, owner, and agents are not responsible for their privacy practices. Video Conferencing and Virtual Whiteboard for Online Tutoring

Piñon Tutoring will never record any video, audio, or chat from video conferencing, nor request any personal information via the virtual whiteboard.

Online Access to Student Accounts

Piñon Tutoring and its tutors may request access to students' online classrooms and organizational systems such as Google Classroom, Schoology, Canva, and any others not listed here, in order to help with assignments and executive functioning skills. All information viewed or reviewed in these systems will be kept in confidence.

Testimonials, Comments, and Reviews

Piñon Tutoring may use Users testimonials, comments, and reviews on www.pinontutoring.com that may include personally identifiable information such as names, qualifications, professions, and workplaces. Piñon Tutoring requests written permission to use and display such information before publishing them to the website. In the event that Piñon Tutoring or its owner decide to partner with another person or corporation or hire more tutors, employees, or contractors, Piñon Tutoring may pass any type of information on to the necessary parties as necessary to provide the best possible tutoring services.
